FAQs

What does Mygrium® contain and what is it recommended for?
Mygrium® is a food supplement formed by a combination of vitamins that, according to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
According to the medical-scientific literature, the symptoms of migraine that are accompanied by mechanisms of oxidation and inflammation can be mitigated with these actives.
In addition to this, it contains natural polyphenols and flavonoids from olive that, according to the EFSA, are recommended to be daily consumed for the protection of blood lipids against oxidative stress.

When will I begin to notice the effects of Mygrium®?
Migraine presents a wide heterogeneity of symptoms and episodes in terms of frequency and response among people and even in the same person.
According to the Survey of the US Health Union of 2016, there is no effective, universal and unique treatment for migraine. In addition, only 40% of people with migraine reported being satisfied with their treatment.
Mygrium® is thought to benefit the homeostasis of the organism and according to the available medical-scientific bibliography, has influence on the mechanisms that trigger migraine or its symptoms during the episodes.
Mygrium® provides a bonus of daily antioxidant activity and during episodes.
Like any other food or substance that is ingested daily and repeatedly, it is recommended a reasonable period of rest after several months of consumption.
The recommended dose is 2 capsules/day at any time of the day with a meal and 4 capsules/day when the arrival of a migraine episode is suspected, no more than 3 days.

Can there be interactions with other medications?
The ingredients that form Mygrium® are present in foods included in our daily diets that, in most cases, can not be ingested regularly at the recommended doses.
Given the anti-inflammatory and anti-thrombotic activity of olive polyphenols, it is recommended to consult with a specialist in those cases in which the person is under treatment of anti-aggregating drugs.

Can children take Mygrium®?
Our recommendations on the product and the doses are designed for adults (over 18 years). We do not recommend the product for children or pregnant women. You should consult a specialist.

Is it a vegetarian product?
Absolutely, neither the ingredients of the formulation nor the capsule itself are of animal origin, so it is suitable for vegetarian diets.

Does it contain dairy ingredients, lactose, wheat, gluten, yeast?
Mygrium® does not contain any of the mentioned ingredients and is suitable for gluten-free diets. It should not produce allergy symptoms.
